Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit accurate and timely bids for construction projects.
• Review project plans, requirements, and specifications.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for projects.
• Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to gather accurate pricing information.
• Prepare and present cost estimates and budgets to management and clients.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.
• Track and analyze bid results and provide feedback to improve future bids.
