Job Description: Call Center Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues
  • Update customer information in the database during and after each call
  • Work closely with team members to achieve call center goals
  • Meet or exceed call center quality and efficiency standards

Skill Sets:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Previous call center experience is a plus
