The Camp Boss is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a campsite or outdoor facility. They must ensure that the camp runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely for all guests and staff members.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of camp staff and ensuring that everyone is properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
• Creating and implementing schedules for staff, activities, and maintenance tasks
• Monitoring and maintaining camp facilities, grounds, and equipment to ensure they are safe and in good working order
• Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner
• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Reporting any incidents, accidents, or emergencies to camp management and/or authorities
