• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Create and manage project schedules and budgets
• Hire and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
• Ensure all work is done in compliance with building codes and regulations
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
• Communicate regularly with clients to update them on the progress of the project
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
