Job Description - Contract Supervisor

A Contract Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of contract agreements within a company. They ensure that contracts are compliant with laws and regulations, monitor contract performance, and negotiate contract terms with vendors and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze contract terms and conditions
• Negotiate contract terms with vendors and clients
• Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance
• Coordinate with legal and finance departments to ensure contract accuracy
• Provide guidance and support to contract managers and administrators
• Create and maintain contract databases
