As a Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the creative team to develop and execute innovative and impactful marketing and advertising campaigns. You will oversee the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are on-brand and meet the client's objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the client's branding and marketing goals.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with team members to generate fresh and engaging ideas.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creatives to ensure high-quality work.
• Present and pitch creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee the production process, including working with external vendors and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate the creative output of the team.
