Job Description:

The Credit Control Executive is responsible for managing the credit control functions of the company, ensuring timely collection of payments from customers and managing credit risk.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and chase outstanding invoices.
  • Negotiate payment plans with customers.
  • Assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers.
  • Allocate payments to customer accounts accurately.
  • Produce reports on aging debt and credit risk.
  • Work closely with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment issues.

Skill Sets:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and credit control procedures.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
