Job Description: Customer Care Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Listen to customers' concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Experience with CRM software is preferred
