A Customer Care Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries and concerns. They serve as the front-line communication for customers and work to ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a positive and efficient manner
• Provide information about products or services, including pricing and availability
• Assist customers with orders, billing, and account inquiries
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Provide feedback on customer concerns and suggestions for improvement to management

Skill Sets

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Proficiency in basic computer programs and CRM systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
