Job Description:

The Cyber Security Engineer is responsible for safeguarding an organization's computer networks and systems. They are tasked with protecting sensitive data and preventing security breaches by implementing and managing security measures.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement security measures to protect computer systems and networks
• Monitor and respond to security incidents
• Conduct security assessments and audits
• Update and maintain security systems and tools
• Provide guidance and training to staff on security best practices
• Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber security threats and trends
• Create and maintain documentation of security processes and protocols

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of security technologies and tools
• Experience with network and system security protocols
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Certifications in cyber security such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH
• Experience with incident response and forensics
