Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Provide administrative support to the HR team
• Manage and update HR databases and employee records
• Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training sessions
• Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
• Respond to employee inquiries and escalate to HR Manager when necessary
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies
