Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers and designers to plan, design, and oversee the construction of offshore structures, naval vessels, and civil engineering projects.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on complex engineering issues related to offshore structures, naval architecture, and civil engineering.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Continuously improve and innovate engineering processes to increase efficiency and quality.
