We are seeking an experienced Engineering Director to oversee our onshore projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and ensuring the successful completion of all onshore projects within budget and schedule. The Engineering Director will also be responsible for developing and implementing engineering strategies to drive project success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers in the successful execution of onshore projects.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies to drive project success.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Manage project budgets and resources.
• Report on project progress to senior management.
• Mentor and develop engineering staff.

Skill Sets:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering onshore projects.
• Strong technical expertise in project management and engineering principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to think strategically and drive project success.
