Position: HR Generalist

Responsibilities:

• Conducting recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
• Managing employee relations, including handling grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions
• Administering employee benefits programs and maintaining employee records
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Providing support to employees on HR-related issues
• Assisting with performance management processes
• Conducting training and development activities
• Ensuring compliance with all labor laws and regulations

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
