Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits and assess scope of work for fitout projects
• Prepare accurate cost estimates based on project requirements and materials needed
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to finalize project budgets
• Analyze proposals and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures
• Create detailed project schedules and timelines
• Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors
• Monitor project progress and update estimates as needed
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
