The Event Manager Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating all aspects of events, from small meetings to large conferences or festivals. They work closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure that events run smoothly and meet all objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Developing event concepts and themes based on client needs
• Planning and organizing all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations
• Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and staff to ensure all details are handled efficiently
• Managing event budgets and tracking expenses
• Overseeing event setup and breakdown, ensuring everything is in place and runs smoothly
• Handling any issues or emergencies that arise during events
