Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and oversee construction and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure
• Manage facility projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities in facility operations
• Collaborate with other departments to assess facility needs and develop solutions
• Oversee facility maintenance and repair activities
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs
