The Fitout Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects related to fitout and interior design. This role involves managing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all construction activities on fitout projects
• Manage project schedules and ensure deadlines are met
• Monitor project budgets and expenses
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• Oversee the selection and coordination of subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality control
• Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders
