Job Description:

A Fitout Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the fitout of interior spaces in buildings. They work closely with architects, interior designers, contractors, and clients to ensure that the fitout project is completed successfully and according to specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Developing fitout design plans in collaboration with architects and interior designers
• Overseeing the fitout construction process and ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget
• Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the fitout project
• Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance
• Managing fitout documentation, including drawings, schedules, and budgets
• Communicating regularly with clients to provide updates on the fitout project progress
• Resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the fitout process

Skill Sets:

• Strong technical knowledge of fitout construction methods and materials
• Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various stakeholders
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
