The Facilities Management (FM) Supervisor (Civil) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance and repair of civil infrastructure within a facility. This includes buildings, roads, sidewalks, and other structures. They work closely with the FM team to ensure that all civil assets are maintained to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting civil infrastructure to identify maintenance needs
• Developing maintenance plans and schedules
• Coordinating repairs and upgrades with external contractors
• Training and supervising maintenance staff
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Managing budgets and expenses for civil maintenance projects
• Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities
• Developing long-term maintenance strategies
