We are currently seeking a Guest Service Associate to join our Front Office team. As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes
• Answer phone calls and emails, as well as handle guest inquiries and requests
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guests' needs are met
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
