Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Lead and manage the HR team to ensure the effective delivery of HR services
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes
• Ensure compliance with all labor regulations and company policies
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes as a key member of the leadership team
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
• Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
• Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of HR best practices and current labor laws
• Experience in managing and developing a diverse team
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Experience in HR technology and analytics
• Certification in HR (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
