Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop strategies to ensure a diverse and inclusive workplace for all employees
• Collaborate with senior management to implement programs and initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion
• Advise on policies and practices that support a culture of inclusion and belonging
• Provide training and support to employees on topics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Monitor and track progress on diversity and inclusion goals and report findings to leadership
• Partner with external organizations and resources to advance diversity and inclusion efforts

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
• Experience in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Data-driven mindset to measure and assess diversity and inclusion metrics
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
