Responsibilities:

• Creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students
• Managing the daily schedule and routine of the homeroom class
• Developing and implementing lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
• Collaborating with colleagues and parents to support student development
• Tracking student progress and communicating with parents about academic performance
• Providing guidance and support to students to help them succeed academically and socially

Qualifications:

• State teaching certification
