The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and public areas. They ensure that the housekeeping staff is following procedures and standards to provide a clean and comfortable environment for guests.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising and coordinating the work of housekeeping staff
• Inspecting hotel rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards
• Training and mentoring new housekeeping staff
• Scheduling staff and assigning tasks
• Ordering supplies and equipment as needed
• Handling guest complaints and resolving issues
• Maintaining records and reports
