The HR Admin is responsible for overseeing the human resources functions within an organization. This includes managing employee records, coordinating recruitment efforts, conducting onboarding and training activities, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee records and HR databases
• Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
• Conduct onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation and training
• Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
• Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics and initiatives
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration
