Job Description: HR Admin

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Compile and update employee records
  • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and sending out job offers
  • Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs
  • Handle employee inquiries and complaints
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage the HR database and create reports as needed
