The HR Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the human resources department. They assist with HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, benefits administration, and other related activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork completion and orientation
• Coordinate employee training programs and development initiatives
• Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures
• Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews
