The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department. They will assist with various HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Conduct new employee orientation and assist with onboarding activities.
• Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.
• Maintain employee records and update HR systems.
• Assist with employee training and development programs.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
