The HR Assistant provides support to the HR department by assisting with various tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and other HR functions. They play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the HR department.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication
• Handle new employee onboarding, including coordinating orientation sessions and processing new hire paperwork
• Assist with employee relations by responding to employee inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Maintain employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned
