Job Description: Sales Coordinator

A Sales Coordinator plays a key role in the sales team by supporting sales processes, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales functions within a company.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the sales team in managing schedules, appointments, and follow-ups with clients
  • Coordinating sales meetings, conferences, and presentations
  • Preparing sales reports, proposals, and contracts
  • Communicating with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Collaborating with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives
  • Keeping track of sales inventory and managing orders
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team as needed
