The HR Assistant Manager plays a key role in the Human Resources department, assisting with various administrative tasks and supporting the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies and policies. The role requires a strong understanding of HR practices and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases
• Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Handle employee relations issues and provide counseling and support to employees
• Assist with performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback
• Administer HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Assist with training and development programs for employees

• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
