HR Coordinator Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinate onboarding and training for new employees
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Handle employee inquiries and issues related to benefits, payroll, and policies
  • Assist in performance management and employee relations processes
  • Conduct exit interviews and offboarding procedures

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
