The HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the human resources department. They will work closely with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, as well as provide support to employees on various HR-related issues. The HR Generalist will also be involved in recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management activities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to management
• Participate in recruitment efforts, including interviewing and onboarding new hires
• Administer benefits programs and assist with payroll processing
• Conduct training sessions on topics such as diversity, harassment prevention, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Experience with HRIS and other HR software systems
