Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new employees
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations and address any conflicts or issues
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs
• Manage employee benefits and compensation
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Handle HR administration tasks such as maintaining employee records and files
