The HR Generalist is responsible for performing various HR-related duties at an organization. They assist with the recruitment process, employee relations, training and development, and other HR functions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees and managers
• Manage and update HR policies and procedures
• Conduct training sessions for employees on various HR-related topics
• Handle employee benefits administration and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
• Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
