HR Generalist Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment process, including creating job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with all legal regulations
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
• Assist with training and development programs for employees
• Maintain employee records and confidential information
• Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
