Job Description: HR Generalist

As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization. You will work closely with employees, supervisors, and management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the recruitment and selection process including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
• Assisting with employee onboarding and orientation
• Administering employee benefits programs and resolving any benefit-related issues
• Handling employee relations matters such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Conducting training and development programs for employees
• Assisting with payroll processing and maintaining accurate employee records
• Participating in strategic planning and organizational development initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus
