The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources strategies and functions within a company. They play a crucial role in hiring, training, developing, and retaining talent. The HR Manager also ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and selecting candidates
• Develop and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Provide guidance and support to employees in various HR-related matters, such as performance management, training, and development
• Oversee employee benefits administration and ensure that programs are competitive and cost-effective
• Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner
• Manage and oversee the performance appraisal process and provide feedback to employees and managers
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on various HR topics
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations
