Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with labor regulations
• Implement performance management and improvement systems
• Handle employee benefits and compensation plans
• Manage and resolve employee issues and concerns
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and in compliance with laws and regulations

Skill Sets:

• Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive
• Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and management
