The HR Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization. This role involves overseeing recruitment, training and development, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Conduct employee onboarding and orientation
• Provide training and development opportunities for staff
• Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution
• Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Manage performance evaluation processes
• Coordinate with management to address organizational needs
• Maintain HR records and documentation
