• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Oversee employee relations, including handling disputes and grievances
• Conduct performance management and improvement systems
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Develop and monitor employee benefits programs
• Manage employee training and development programs
• Handle HR budgeting and reporting
