Job Description: HR Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
  • Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and advising on disciplinary actions
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection laws
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues
