Job Description: HR Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, from posting job openings to onboarding new employees
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate employee performance reviews and evaluations
  • Handle employee relations issues, such as grievances and conflicts
  • Administer employee benefits programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
