Job Description:

The Senior Planning Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project planning and scheduling for construction projects. This includes developing schedules, tracking progress, and resolving any issues that may arise during the planning phase. The Senior Planning Engineer plays a key role in ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules using software tools such as Primavera P6
• Monitor project progress and identify any potential delays or conflicts
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects
• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to stakeholders
• Implement best practices and processes for effective project planning and scheduling
• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project timelines
• Lead planning meetings and provide guidance to junior planning engineers
