The HR Officer is responsible for managing and coordinating all HR functions within the organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Officer plays a crucial role in supporting the company’s overall HR strategy and goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
• Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Conduct training sessions for employees on various HR topics
• Manage the performance appraisal process and provide feedback to employees and managers
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including updating policies and procedures as needed
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to support the overall HR strategy
