The Junior HR Officer is responsible for assisting the HR team in various tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, and administrative support. They play a key role in maintaining the HR database, handling employee queries, and coordinating HR activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Handle employee queries and provide timely responses
  • Maintain the HR database and ensure accuracy of employee records
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs
  • Assist in organizing HR events and activities
  • Support the HR team in various administrative tasks
