As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for various tasks related to human resources within the organization. Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

• Managing recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
• Administering employee benefit programs and ensuring compliance with labor laws
• Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Providing support to employees on HR-related matters and addressing any concerns or issues
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees and managers
• Ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping of employee information
• Participating in employee training and development programs
• Handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
