An HR Officer is responsible for all HR activities within an organization, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
• Develop and implement performance management processes to evaluate and support employee growth.
• Handle employee relations issues, such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
