The HR Officer is responsible for all HR-related functions within the organization, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, including orientation and training
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Manage performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations
• Provide HR support to employees and managers

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Experience with HRIS systems
